Since its inception in 2020, the CRDB Bank Marathon has facilitated the medical treatment of over 300 children in need of heart surgery at the Jakaya Kikwete Cardiac Institute (JKCI), the treatment of more than 100 high-risk pregnant women at CCBRT Hospital, the construction of a Communication Center at the Ocean Road Cancer Institute, the construction of a Maternal and Child Health Center in Zanzibar, and the support of environmental conservation efforts.

The CRDB Bank Marathon 2023 was a season of great success. Over 7,000 runners participated in the event titled "The Pace That Spreads Smiles." We extend special thanks to the President of Zanzibar and Chairman of the Revolutionary Council, Hon. Dr. Hussein Ali Mwinyi, for joining us. We also thank our partners and all participants for their love and dedication in achieving our set goal.
